This notice covers personal data collected through this recruitment portal, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Your name, date of birth, gender, category, contact details, address, qualifications, experience, statement of purpose, referee details, and the CV and writing sample you upload. No Aadhaar number is collected or stored.
Solely to process your application: eligibility, the written test, shortlisting, the campus round and any offer of engagement.
The recruitment team at CRISP, the selection panel at IIM Mumbai, and the examination platform that conducts the written test. It is not sold, and it is not shared with anyone else except where the law requires.
Application data is retained for the duration of this recruitment and for one year after it concludes, after which it is deleted.
You may ask for a copy of your application at any time through Find my application, and you may ask for correction or deletion by writing to mahatac@iimmumbai.ac.in. Withdrawing consent before the deadline means the application cannot be considered.
Uploaded documents are stored outside the public web space and are reachable only through a private link issued to you, or by authorised recruitment staff.
